All goods that are produced or manufactured in India shall
be charged a duty of excise called Cenvat at the rates
specified in the Central Excise Tariff.where as Sales tax
is tax where any goods are sold or purchase in the market
in the monatory terms,on which lavied arises is called
sales tax it may be in a state or central.

While I prepare Form JJ for goods transfer I made a mistake that the value of goods is morethan the actual value(i.e. instead of Rs.92100/- I filed Rs.1354000/-)and the copy of JJ sheet is sealed in the checkpost one copy is taken in the checkpost. please anybody give me the exact solution. thanks
