NEUTRAL IS NECCESARY BECAUSE NTRL ACTS OR PROVIDES THE
OPPOSITE PATH TO THE CURRENT.CURRENT HAS ITS OPPOSITE PATH
IN ANY CKT.SO NTRL FULLFILL THAT OPPOSITE PATH.SO IT IS
NESSARY WITHOUT IT THERE IS A ERROR OF OVER VOLTAGE IN
ELECTRICAL CKT.
