RTM is the document used to trace the completeness of Requirements. ie what requirements completed and what are not. RTM will contain the columns like
1. Requirement ID
2. Requirement Description
3. Business Rules
4. Related Test Cases
5. Severity
6. Priority
7. Status.
we can easily trace the related test cases with the requirements and vice versa.
