capacitor is a charge storage deivice... the simplest
capacitor is fabricated by two conducting metal plates
seperated by a dielectric..
it ll store charges...
in capacitor in dc source.. as it ll hav a steady peak
current .. the capacitor ll charge completely
so tat it offers infinite resistance...
but in ac circuit as the signal is pulsating one..
the capacitor doesnt gets fully charged so....
it ll conduct..
