those tyeps of assets have physical existence, we can touch
that type of assets for example land, building, furnitue
and machinery exit. that type of assets is Tangible Assets.
Intangible Assets have no physical existence, we can just
feel this type of Assets for example Goodwill, trade marks
etc.
Goodwill is intangible assets because goodwill is just
reputation and goodwill doesn't have any physical existence.
