The attendance and absence to and from duty are the primary
factors that are responsible for the making salary to
employee. Punctuality to attend the duty / reporting time
and departure time, his presence in the work place, his
good behaviour, dedication, belongigness and alertness in
the work assigned to him are the other factors that do
influence the Management to recognise and honour the
services of the employee/s.
