Functional testing is a type of testing done on the
functional part of an application.
Regression testing is not only done on the functional part
as well as on its related parts.
ex: we can perform the functional testing on the Build 1.
Regression testing starts from Build2.

How to test an application if it was already developed and it is in the state of changing the functionality according to the customer requirement How to start testing in this situation.
