i have applied for J1 visa.. if same question asked to me i
will tell that..
i am going us for get trained on the product design and
implementing the same in homecountry.. and also i have many
responsobilties in india, i have my whole family is
resident of india and i dont like to stay away from india,
and my family...

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?

I have done my B tech in civil engineering in 2005 and since then i m working in same profession as a designer as well as project manager.i wanted to go for higher studies in between but my finances did not allow me.SO now i Got admission from NDSU ,Fargo. Got my i-20 also. They did not require GRE but i gave and got less marks.I don't want to show Marks as its very less marks and can be negative effect....can I go without GRE marks..? Also for I-20, i showed 70% my finances and 30 percent my friend who is working in USA has shown as a sponsor...but now i have arranged the money from bank as a education loan.so will they accept that..?if not what document i have to show of my sponsor.

I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. Next I had applied in chennai on nov 2006 again I was rejected due to un able to explain about the projects.Now due to no dates in chennai I am applying to delhi 17nth of this month.Willl it be any problem regarding on this.....plz help me....
