Hi Thirumalai ,
At the time of interview , you have to carry along with you your original certificates for verification plus your character certificates previous and also from current employer along with NOC ( no objection certificate ) from current employer .
By this NOC the bank gets assured that the current employer knows that you are trying another job and does'nt have any problem in discharging you when you are selected (if you wish to leave ).
Also the joining is not immediate , Once the final list of candiadtes are declared , then there is medical test after 3 weeks or one month , then 2-4 weeks after that there is joining . So , dont worry about discharge certificate from current employer .

Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. In the mean time i got selected in the SBI-Clerk written exam and attended the interview for it in Chennai on 26th April 2010.
