Being appointed as a manager of the reputed company I will
the various activities in my organisation keeping in view
all the points.
1.Planning all the activities.
a.How it is to be done.
b.when it is to be done.
c.Who will do it
2.Organising :The summing up of activities and organising in
such a way to attain the objective of the organiation.
3.Decision Making: The Manager plays a very important role
in taking decision.Decision taken must be effective in all
respect.
4.Staffing:how to controll the staff by delegating
authority.Responsibility is to be given whenever required.
