A person was fined for exceeding the speed limit by 10mph.
Another person was also fined for exceeding the speed limit
by twice the same. If the second person was travelling at
speed of 35mph . Find the speed limit ?

speed by the two person be x
speed of first=x+10
speed of second=3(x+10)
35=3(x+10)
x=1.666mph
=>first person=10+1.666
=11.666mph
