As Good Team Leader, i will divide the entire job among
all the team members, considering their strength and
weakness to successfully complete the given assignment with
in time. When ever there is more time available, I do some
changes to provide opportunity to each one of them to
enlarge their capability. And I also support a team
member/s where ever the member is found weak and member
found strong in particular area is encouraged to guide and
support others.
