i have good time management manner and always having interest in learning new technologies..i have good organizing capactiy and have an excellent leadership to lead my team towards the positive goal..(the company itself says that the particular personality is recommended for the job in their profile..)try to express that personality also..
Dont tell that u have negative attitude,eventhough if u are having just tell it in a good optimistic way..for example..
I always get irritated when i rushup at the deadlines,so i always try to finish up my project ahead of the schedule..this
is the better way of telling ur negatives..
