we often use the word HT (high tension) line.or we say HT
switch gear, whats does HT basically mean. is it different
from high voltage.

HT& HV both are same as engineering point of view but in
some industrial equipment to show the difference in voltage
levels as 440,220 volts it is indicated that 440 as high
voltage. actually HV is rated from 11kv-400kv, which can
also treated as HT.
