on
ms word.Since the cpu can perform one task at a time.so, how
these two task are undergoing simultaneously??
Answer Posted / shakti singh
True that CPU can perform one task at a time but why we call
windows is a multitasking because between both the processes
running that is Winamp and MS word their is a nanoseconds or
a milliseconds gap occurs on the processing of CPU that we
cannot realize that why it seems that CPU is performing both
the task simultaneously but in actual CPU is performing both
the task one by one but a gap of milliseconds only.
