Tell me about a time when you were given bad information

Yes Sure, I faced such snario when I started my with Hertz
international. I was there in third party collection. And
my profile was there to call the customer, take credit card
information and charge the usage amount. There was a
customer who was Austrilian. He had given me his two credit
card no. 1st one was AMEX card and 2nd was his Visa card.
The amount which had to be diducted was 60,000 Rs/-. So, He
told us that you've to make your payment from my Amex card.
But unfortunately, His Amex card got diclined. In the mean
while, I tried to call him. But I was unable to connect
him. then after what I did is I charged the whole amount
from his visa card. As he got the info through via SMS or
email. He got anoyed and imemdiately called us. He was
shouting on phone. I gave him patience and asked, What's
the concern? Andafter I briefed him the situation. Then he
cooled down. That was the great experience for me.
