In our system, current is flow from source to load..and
source is defined in term of VA rating only.(for more
KVA,MVA..)
Thus VA of source is fixed.
It means V X A = Constant.
or V = Constant / A
or V is inversly proportional to A.
Therefore current increses when voltage decreases in ac
system.
