1) End User need to have the crystal report viewer in his pc
in order to see the crystal reports.
2) You need to buy crystal reports license for each pc you
are used to design crystal reports
3) inside Subreports you are not allowed to another subreports

Is there a size limit to creating a Crystal Report? If I run a statement report for all customers it will crash if there are too many customers. I can print all the statements if I select them in batches, but if trying to print all at once Crystal will crash after a few minutes.

I’m familiar with the fact that each user can pay $9.99 a month to build and view reports but what I need to know is how can we embed Power BI into our application so that any users that log into our application can see the reports without the monthly fee.
