why not second and Fourth?

Dear friend, Nobody uses 2nd and 3rd angle projections.
As per standard rule in N.D. Bhatt, when obtaining the
views,
1st and 3rd should never be closed.
Else the views will overlap.
I thik it is asy for u to remember.
