plc I/O is likely to more rugged and plc are likely handle
discrete lod\gic faster then dcs system.i/o was digital the
logical choice was to use plc while i/o was mostly analog
DCS system was selected.plc is such that non standerized
system is usually understood fully only by in designer .
DCS system are superior in programme library in advanced
orptimized control
