Test Policy is at the top level in hierarchy of testing
documents. It gives the philosophy of testing (followed by)
in an organization.
Eg: IEEE829 is a standard for testing document.
If an organization has adopted IEEE829 as its standard,
Test Plan, Test Incident Report etc should now adhere to
IEEE829 standard.
So, it is the test policy of organization to follow IEEE829
standard.
Like this we have many other standards.
