what is diffence between Ltd. Company and Pvt. Ltd. Company

In case of LTD company's, the shares are listed in
stock exchanges whereas in case of Pvt Ltd company, share
sre not listed in stock exchanges.

CERTIFCATE OF COMMENCEMENT is required in case of Ltd
company but in case of PVT LTD only registration with
the registrar is sufficient.
