amalgamation came into existence when two or more
companies, different in nature, came to merge their
businesses to capture the market.
for instance:
a liquid milk making company and a tea making compny join
together to make a new product like mixture of tea and milk.
that particular product will try to capture the both
markets i.e; liquid milk and tea.......
