The purpose for the strainers & filters are the same , to
trap undeeded particles
The filters normally are filled (Packed) with sand ,
gravel , cotton and etc.
Filters normally used to purify the liquids that are used
in the very sensitive sets
Strainers; are normaly made of steel and or pvc ,
perforated and ccovered with a fine mesh , the stainers are
normally hollow from inner side, and used to filter gases
and water with hi influent
