As a Team Leader, what is your contribution for your team?
Answer Posted / anil kumar
Being a group lead, I should know the strengths and
weakness of my Team members. I should able to solve my team
mate problems at any point of time. They should treat me as
a friend who can help them better for their problem.
My Job is not only to be as a Friend to each and
individuals, I should also meet the comapany Expectation.
In order to meet the company expectation, I should teach my
team members about the comapny and its Mission. By Showing
the mission and Vision of company, I have to motivate my
Team to perform well.
To improve their performance, I should provide proper
training to my Team members and have to measure their
performance at every point of time to identify their
weakness. Working on the weakness of Team is a good success
for a Team Leader.
I always used to update my Team members knowledge by
conducting trainning sessions at regular point of time.
