Performa invoice nothing but similar to invoice where as
it will be delivered along with the goods but it can be
considered as invoice only if it has been mentioned as
Invoice.
Quotation is the specification of the goods details
(quantity & quality) and terms and condition by which we
will be able to offer/sell the product which we possess..

while preparing insolvency account deficiency account is wich account? why we do not prepare it with general rules?
