C & FA Agent working on behalf of Brand owner. C&FA Agent
will get only a commission on sales. C&FA Agent selling
goods on Brand owners sales tax registration number and he
is not responsible for any tax liability. Brand owner will
authorise C&FA Agent sign the tax invoice on behalf of him.
C & FA agent will provide Primary or secondary distibution
facility to brand owner.
