the difference between cash sales and rush order -
1. Order related Billing in CS while delivery related
billing in RO.
2. We have to give invoice immediately to the customer when
we save the order in CS while in RO invoice can be send leter.
3. Output type is RD03 in CS while RD00 in RO.
4. CS is not relevant to credit management while RO is
relevant to credit management.
5. One time customer account group is configure for CS but
generally one time customer account group is not configure
in RO.
6. In CS delivery and settlement will be done immediately
where as in RO only delivery will be done.
