Is there any minimum experience requirement before filing L1Visa
apart from a years service in the same company in last three
years time who is applying it for me...Please advise.

Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given me any slip and DD return also!!
I am working for Tata group IT company having more than 5000 Employee (Not TCS), I was having L1B in 2005 but I never traveled to US, instead my company send me Europe from where I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in 2009. Now my company again filed my L1B and my interview scheduled next week. What will the impacts of my previous unused VISA?

Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.
