THE INPUT OF THE OLTC(AVR) IS FROM POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER
WHICH IS PLACED IN THE SECONDARY OF THE TRX WHERE THE TAP
HAS TO CHANGE.
THE OUT PUT OF THE AVR IN THE OLTC IS THE COMMAND(POTENTIAL
FREE CONTACTS) WHICH ALLOWS THE TAP TO RAISE OR LOW.
