Why water is not directly added to sulphuric acid for
dilution?
Answer Posted / murthy
if water is added directly into large amount of H2so4, due
to heat of misibility water is vaporized, water required to
dilute greatly increases approximately 15-20 times .that is
why H2so4 is added to water and water is not added to h2so4.
