Ground - Named in case of connetcing a equipment or motors
to earthing grid.

Earth - Named a part of earth well and earth grid which
does not directly form a part of equipment

Neutral - It is the Junction point of 3 phases. As such it
doesn't carry any potential and used for closing a current
path
