First use this statement :

('SCHEMA_NAME.TABLE_NAME', 'C');


Then

execute dbms_snapshot.refresh
('SCHEMA_NAME.TABLE_NAME', 'F');

when i ran any workflow or session, getting below error: seesion task instance[s_xxx]: Execution terminated unexpecterdly
