Head hunting is a type of hunting , where we have to hunt
for the candidate by doing any kind of networking,
Every companys having competitors and they are very specific
about the profile and the industry and that is the time when
headhunting comes . Probably all employers having portals
and when they fails to get an suitable candidature then they
require headhuntures for hunting candidate from their rival
company or any similar industry
Headhunting can be done in any level of position , depending
upon the employers from which background they are and which
kind of clints they serve
