a.) One get to know the functionality of the application,
which otherwise is not possible for developers get to know
only the modules worked and not the purpose of the
application system.
b.) Provides opportunity for growth in domain knowledge.
c.) Help client(s) fullfilling their business objective by
raising defects, pointing gaps in requirement,
implementation.
d.) Provides opportunities to improve upon communication -
written, verbal skills by way of analysing the requirements
& explaining defects, gaps.
e.) Cool job!!! One need not to know technical glitches
involved in coding.
