prospsectus is aninformation brochure of a pupblic limited
company which is issued when the company is inviting public
participation and cntriburion for share,deposit,debentures.
section 2(36) of copany defines prospectus. It may include
adeartisement,fircular,notice,and any other mode of
document that is issused as prospectus. It gives the
detials of the company proifel, financial sttauts, profit
orientatin etc
