Because when we are connected to ground. That time that is
one close loop so we get electric shock feel.
And
Electricity shocks us, because it is an outside force that
interferes with the internal electricity our bodies' nervous
systems generate

In Indian Household, generally we receive 220V AC single phase supply. But AC has 2 phases, +ve & -ve. So in +ve half cycle current is flowing...so what happens in the -ve half cycle?? Please illustrate.
