Though my graduation is in Mechanical ,I focused to
Computer programming during my bachelors degree which i
found interested.This makes me to divert to Computers when
i finished my bachelor's and also the opportunities in
Computers when related to Mechanical made me to opt a
career in Sofware rather than in Mechanical.

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
