V4- 4 ocat format,32 bits, unicasting,
multicasting,broadcasting(support), v4 to v6common using v4
concept not possible.
V6- 16 ocat format, 128 bits, unicasting , multicasting,
broadcasting, nanycasting (support), v4 to v6 common or v6
to v4 commonvia v6 concept is possible.
