synchronising mean connecting additional power source to
existing power supply source on the suitable moment taking
into consideration the following items at the time of
connection :
same voltage value
same frequency
same angle between V&I for both and direction also
in the mean time this usually happened automatically by the
syncronising panel which have this facility to define the
exact second of all these parameter equality
