Hello All,
My B1/B2 visa is 2 times rejected in a year so that can I
apply it third time. visa consoller didn't give any specific
reason only told that you didn't convince the visa consoller
if i will applied third time then what's impact on it.
Please suggest me

i just suggest u to applied for 3 times us visa.
why means some time the embassy will issue a visa.
see us visa is 90 percent depend upon a luck.
so i suggest to applied for us visa.

Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter). I had a USA B1 Visa for 3 months validity but the trip was cancelled by employer due to some business reasons and I had not travel to US and visa got expired. Now, I again need to go to US and hence applying for B1 visa. Does this affect on my visa issuence
My Visa got Rejected on 28th December 2010. I again reappled and again i got rejected on 10th March 2011. Please let me know can i apply again? I dont know why they are rejecting? Please let me know on what to do?
