i have choosen hr because i am a kind of person who like to find out the problem and its solution in a different way that satisfies both the parties.satisfaction of employees is the biggest achievement in hr and i believe that i can do such things in a good manner.and i love to interact with people to understand them more and more which is the basic requirement of hr.
