this questions is regarding F2(Dependent visa).
My wife is in india she got rejected for student visa(F1)
in Dec 2009. Reason For rejection : Gre & Toefl not given
Now i want to apply for her Dependent visa(F2).what are the
chances and what she can if the visa officer asked her
about the previous case of student visa.

there is some littel chance for visa
but if you go with fully confedence answer correct then you
definatly got visa
