IF THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE TWO PHASE IS EQUAL TO LAMP VOLT
IT WILL GLOW
BUT IF IT IS BIGGER IT WILL DAMAGE
IF THE VOLT LESS THE LAMP GLOWING WILL DEPEND ON THE TYPE OF
THE LAMP
