magnetic balance test
1) step1 given 400v R&Y PHASE ONLY. THAT TIME B PHASE OPEN
OR NOT CONNECTED SUPPLY
MEASURE VOLTAGE RY & YB & BR
READING IS RY=400V (GIVEN VOLTAGE)
YB= (3/4 RY) VOLTAGE
BR= (1/4 RY) VOLTAGE
THISE READING COME MEANS TRANSFORMER IS OK OR MAGNETIC
BALANCE OF PHASE IS OK
