I got H1B in 2008 quota.
It is not stamped on my passport yet.
I had 8 yrs of Exp
but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to
recession and some personal issue.
My question is what will happen when my employer send me
for visa processing?
Do I face any Issue?
Will My H1B visa stamped or not?

Hi,
H1B intiated by ur employer rite for some client in us. Now
you can ask your employer to book a slot and ask them to
provide some last 3 months payslips for u. By doing this u
can get stamping easily.

I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. I worked in pune from sep 2006 to march 2008 . i applied h1b and got selected in lottery and got approval .In I179 place for attending interview is MUMBAI. present iam working in hyd from mar20 2008 to till date.my dout is where should i go for interview. Thanks.
My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
