step up as we all know enhances the level of voltage...it
can only increase....on the other hand booster is placed
normally at the top of pole and it acts as substation for
lines away from main substation. its acts as a voltage
compensating device...ie..both increases and dec at full
load and no load....to the consumer...

Is there a possibility to use such a treshold voltage for the NMOS part of a CMOS circuit that during the switching it will start conducting only after the PMOS part will be already closed, by this eliminating the leakedge current? I have a small system with two motors that are running on 380 vac, 60 hz. These motors are expensive and I usally get them from Brazil.
