Usually, the rounds are:
First round is Group discussion like is "dress code is
essential at workplace"
Second round will be aptitude test. It covers numerical
aptitude, reasoning, clerical aptitude questions. the cut
off will be usually 30/75.
Third round will be HR interview.
For Investment banking recruitment, the question usually
asked are:
Define: Futures
Options
preferred shares and Equity shares
investment bank
collateral security
securities
golden rules of accounting
brokerage
debt instruments
IPO and which company has issued IPO recently.
Its better to read all the definitions related to the post
which we apply for.
For example: For investment banking, should be prepared all
the definitions and terms related to investment banking.
