it is a mechanical rectifier which convert ac to dc in generator o/p.and dc to ac in case of dc motor

What are test values for an 63 KVA and 100 Kva Distribution Transformers for the following typical tests 1)Magnetic balance 2)Short circuit test 3)Open Circuit test 4)Vector group confirmation test .please give me the standard values for all the above tests.
current transformer balance the power level on both sides. e.g in case of step up, at secondary side voltage rise but current decrease and vice versa in case of step down transformer. but how this power level remains same in case of current transformer and voltage transformer
