what will happen if one of the phases from a 3-phase motor
is disconnected?? stop/run at 2/3rd speed or run at same
speed????

The motor will keep on running for a while but the current will rise on the other two phases and the overload relay will fall out, if its properly set and the motor will stop if the overload relay is set to high the motor will burn out
in the start Motor will start to shake the if there is no protection devices for over-load on the motor it will simple explode:)
Three-phase motors also vibrate less and hence last longer than single-phase motors of the same power used under the same conditions.

I have a current transformer with 1 main reading meter with transformer outside the building and a control panel having 5 CT reading meters with black round coils inside the building. I want to know, A) when current pass through the Transformers, will the current be reduced or be the same and after that B) when current pass through the CT meters with black round coils, will the current be reduced or be the same.
